However, due to the handmade nature of our jewellery and the unique characteristics of natural gemstones, slight variations may occur. Product availability is subject to change, and we reserve the right to discontinue any items without prior notice.

3. Custom Orders
Custom jewellery designs require consultation with our jeweller to ensure the piece is created according to your specifications. Once the design is confirmed and production has begun, changes may not be possible. Custom orders are non-refundable, but we guarantee the quality of craftsmanship.

4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. We accept payment via card, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Full payment is required at the time of purchase or before production begins for custom orders.

5. Shipping
At Aspect Jewellers, we ship all jewellery via Australia Post Express to ensure quick delivery across Australia.

Delivery Times:
Australia Post Express typically delivers within 1-3 business days, depending on your location. Please allow for possible delays during peak periods or due to unforeseen circumstances.

International Delivery:
At Aspect Jewellers we will ship to all countries upon request. In-order to provide accurate pricing for this service we ask that you contact us directly to arrange suitable shipping options to your destination.

6. Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges on standard items within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is in its original condition and packaging. Custom-made jewellery and repaired items are non-refundable unless there is a defect in craftsmanship. Please contact us at aspectjewellers@gmail.com to initiate a return.


7. Warranty and Repairs

All our jewellery comes with a 12-month craftsmanship warranty. This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship but does not apply to damage caused by wear and tear, misuse, or improper care. Repairs not covered by the warranty may be available for an additional fee.
